About Us
Founded in 2021, Ice Rose Farm is a 10 acre property and represents a combination of the owners passion for dairy genetics, competition horses and farm agriculture.
The farm name is a blend of two special animals at the farm. Iceman – the first horse Meena purchased to compete in the equestrian jumpers. Iceman retired on the farm at 21. Rosey – Barry’s main show cow and first to classify excellent has now led to breeding show cows at the farm.
Meena and Barry started building the farm in response to the COVID pandemic causing restrictions in how they wanted to live their lives.
What we do
DAIRY
Barry’s passion for dairy cow genetics has resulted in our awards-winning Jersey/Holstein cow herd. Our prize heifer is a potential 19th generation Excellent, potential 20th excellent is due in spring 2022.
HAY
We hay over 100 acres locally each year and also bring in hay from northern suppliers. We sell net wrapped round bales, small squares & large squares, 1st and 2nd cut.
EQUINE
Our equine facility is small but top notch, with plans to expand and make available in 2024. Our indoor riding ring is coming in 2024 and we have plans to expand our program to include a training program.

Haying
With hay prices at an all-time high, we are constantly expanding our haying operation to keep up with low supply and increased demand.
Driveways
We can repair, patch and reseal driveways. No job is too big or too small. We guarantee all of our asphalt work and strive to always go above and beyond.
Land Clearing
Ice Rose Farm has the equipment and experience to tackle just about any land clearing projects. We sell log-length lumber and cordwood throughout the year.
Mowing
Turf maintenance is within our wheelhouse, and we are always interested in fallow fields, mowing and maintaining them in exchange for the hay.
Trucking
If you need hay, livestock or equipment/machinery transported, we have the trucks and trailers to do it properly and safely. Fully licenced and insured.
Farm & Landscaping Supplies
We sell compost, screened loam, bagged shavings and of course hay on our farm. We also offer delivery locally. Bulk discounts available – contact us for current pricing.
